If you want to order your maps as PDF downloads, delivery to your computer is normally within five minutes any time of day or night, 365 days a year, and doesn't need a postman.

Using the website

If you experience any technical problems with the website (for instance pages not loading, buttons not working or error messages) we recommend that, before contacting us, you relaunch your web browser or use a different browser, and then try again. Most problems will be solved this way.
If you are still having difficulties, please email support@cassinimaps.com or call 08452 300 954 (this will connect you to a recording service which is checked regularly). Please give a brief description of the problem; the date and time you experienced this; the web browser (eg Internet Explorer, Firefox etc) you were using, and the version; and the platform (PC or Mac) and operating system. We shall look into the problem and contact you as soon as possible.
Placing your order
We want to ensure that your order is correct and delivered promptly. Here a few tips to bear in mind...
Please check you have entered your email address correctly. It seems obvious, but it’s all to easy to put a hyphen rather than a full stop or miss out a number. Any mistakes will result in your not receiving email confirmation of your order and, if you’ve ordered PDFs, not being able to download them.
Please enter your delivery postcode using capitals and a space. LL51 6OE is a lot easier for the Post Office equipment to read than ll516oe.

Help with placing your order
We are happy to offer help and advice to enable you to choose the right product. Please supply as many relevant details as possible and we shall do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If we can’t provide what you need we shall if possible suggest other places for you to try.
Ordering by phone or post
We are happy to accept orders by phone or post for pre-printed maps. Due to the higher transaction costs, we shall not, however, generally be able to offer any discount that may be available to on-line purchasers, save where this is expressly stated in any promotion.
Please note that, save in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to process orders for personalised products by phone or email.

The ‘My Account’ page
Once you have placed an order with us an account is set up for you automatically. You can access this by clicking on the My Account button on the left side of the home page and entering your email address and customer code when prompted. We do not store details of your credit or debit cards or other payment details on this or any other part of our site.
If you have ordered PDF downloads you will need to visit this page to access your maps.
You can also view your entire order history and check the status of orders (see below).
If you wish, you can also change your customer code at any time.
Checking the status of your order
Once your order has been placed, you can visit the My Account section of this website (you’ll need the email address and customer code you used when placing the order) to check its status.
Once you have logged on, you will be able to see your order history – click on ‘view’ at the right to see more details of a particular order. Under ‘Order status’, the first three boxes will usually be ticked. The fourth box will be ticked if the order has been processed.
- For pre-printed maps, this means that it has been dispatched.
- For personalised products, this means that the order has been downloaded and is in production.

Returns and refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Cassini product you must first contact us by emailing info@cassinimaps.com or by calling 08452 300 952 (this will connect you to a recording service which is checked regularly). You must supply your name, email address, contact telephone number, order number, product and a description of the problem. We shall contact you as soon as possible.
Any product which is damaged or not corresponding with the specifics of your order will be replaced by us at no charge. If we require you to return the product we shall refund the postage cost.
Please note that, save as described above, we cannot offer exchange or refund in respect of personalised products.
