1.3 We may withdraw or amend credit terms and/or discounts at any time and without notice. Any withdrawal, amendment or suspension of credit terms or discounts shall be without prejudice to the other rights and remedies set out in these terms and conditions and all other provisions shall remain in force. While your credit account is suspended you may continue to order goods on these terms and conditions save that you will not be entitled to any discounts and payment of orders must be made before despatch.

1.4 Retailers, wholesalers and organisations placing one-off bulk orders may be entitled to discounts, which need to be agreed and confirmed separately. Discounts are calculated from the RRP prevailing at the time of the order.

1.5 If we have agreed a discount with you as a retailer then your first order needs to be for 10 or more maps. Subsequent orders may be for any quantity, but postage & packing will be charged on orders of four maps or fewer (£1.99 for one or two maps, £2.99 for three or four maps).

1.6 If we have agreed a discount with you as a wholesaler then your first order needs to be for 80 or more maps. Subsequent orders should be for 20 or more maps. We reserve the right to revise the discount in the light of the quantities ordered.

1.7 If we have agreed a discount with you for a one-off bulk order then the terms will apply to that order only and may be revised for future purchases.

1.8 You can place your order using a variety of methods depending on the product or service. Please visit our website or contact us (see below). We reserve the right to offer different discounts depending on your method of ordering. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you an order confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made. We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where you have insufficient credit or your credit account has been withdrawn; or if any payment is overdue; or

All orders will be despatched to the delivery address you have notified us of with your first order unless you let us know otherwise.

2.2 Any delivery errors must be notified to us within five working days of receipt.

2.3 You should check the packaging and the maps on receipt. If the packaging appears to be damaged and the delivery is to be signed for please make a note of the condition on the consignment document so the shipper has a record of the problem.
